Project Overview
Galvanized exterior steel stairs with rod railing plus a black balcony railing installed at a new board-and-batten home during construction.
Analysis
The stair is a separate galvanized steel unit with its own rail, while the balcony above is a wood-framed deck with a black guard, so the two systems were detailed to complement each other.
Process
Coordinate with the builder, set the stair, fabricate and install the balcony rail, then final alignment.
